	BuildingMonitor.com is a real-time data management system. It is a live online database that can collect and hold almost any type of test, sensor, and/or performance data. In addition to being integratable with our own solutions such as the BarioNet Gateway devices and the Data Exchange Module, the system can also accept data from any common 3rd party software solutions that are able to submit standard HTTP requests! The solution can be branded as your own and show your Logo at the top of the login page and within the system after they've logged in. You can set up projects for each customer so that when they login, they will only be able to manage the data associated with their own projects. Using this system, you can create another souce of revenue by charging your customers a monthly fee to use the system that you manage. No external IP addresses or special access permissions need to be configured at the remote sites because the source devices can push the data out to our server from within your facility and behind the firewall. Once the data has been accepted by the server, you can log onto the system using your own username/password to manage, view, trend, and export all of your available data in common formats accepted by software such as Microsoft Excel. To use the system, there is a monthly charge that is based on the number of configured projects and the total number of samples that are uploaded. The remote devices can be configured to upload a sample each time the value changes or they can be configured to upload the data at a defined sample time that can be anywhere from 1 sample per minute to 1 sample per day. A system that is configured to upload data from its sensors once every minute will cost more than if the same system was configured to send the sensor values once every hour.
