Our inline Potted Digital Temperature Sensor provides a low cost option for temperature monitoring. The sensor head has a diameter of only 0.25in and the length of the potted section is just over 1in. The rugged jacketed cable is approx 3ft long. The epoxy is hardened and waterproof, and completely covers the sensor and solder joints, allowing this sensor to be used in harsh conditions. Multiple sensors can be daisy chained on a single CAT5 network that can extend up to 200 meters or more in a typical environment. The sensors can receive data and power over the same CAT5 cable, which saves time and money during install. When used with our X8 Modbus I/O Device, up to 8 of the sensors can be accessed via Modbus-RTU for low cost integration with a PLC System or any other Modbus Enabled Devices. When used with the BarioNet 1-wire Gateway Module, you can pass data from up to 48 sensors to a higher level control system via HTTP, TCP, or ModbusTCP. When used with the Master Alarming & Monitoring System, you can monitor, record & alarm up to 32 1-wire Temperature Sensors connected to the BarioNet...
